THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Suitable for all Levels

Beginner-advanced

 

Therapeutic based practice that emphasizes the development of strength, mobility, and stability through yoga asanas and breath control. Poses are held longer to target deeper sensations in the body; muscles, tissues, joints, and fascia. This class experience allows students to perform proper alignment while progressing gradually in a step-by-step approach to yoga. Feel the body restore, and soak in, on a cellular level, the benefits of a healing yoga class.

V I N Y A S A   FLOW  

Beginner-advanced

 

A multilevel level Krama class combining variations explored through a method in which asanas and vinyasas are placed together to work on specific areas of the body. Separating muscles, tissues, joints, and fascia allowing for a final effect of peace, calmness, and completeness. Power vinyasa offers dynamic movement for those who like to sweat, stretch, and feel strong.

M A R T I A L   K R A M A 

Beginner-advanced.

A modern approach towards fitness in general created and developed by Alexander Issaev. This class contains elements of lightweight workouts, inversions, calisthenics, martial arts sequences, power strengthening, power stretching and internal martial arts like Qigong exercises and pranayama. Weaving the martial arts and yoga for a strong disciplined practice made for the willing.

I S S A   F I T N E S S

Beginner-advanced

A fitness style class filled with physical exercises that are a complete practice on its own. You’ll explore a dynamic warm up of the joints and spine to avoid injuries while different areas are targeted throughout the week to feel the complete workout of the body. Exercises are all based on your own body weight, wall assisted exercises, different styles of push ups, legs, back, core and shoulders. This class uses light weights and props, repeating sets and reps will help achieve the best shape of your life in little to no time. You will not believe your transformation.

Y I N   Y O G A 

Suitable for all levels.

Beginner-advanced.

 

Good for beginners. Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, that works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues:  ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body. It consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that helps the participant explore in more depth the asanas. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular Yang style of Yoga.

M A S T E R   V I N Y A S A 

Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Krama master class is the progression of our regular vinyasa classes. The style of Yoga remains the same, yet we focus on more combinations, transitions,  variations, and inversions. A dynamic sequence exploring unique vinyasas,  and breathing exercises. Experience a sense of gratification with faster meditative states and relaxation, along with a fresh and renewed sense of empowerment. Its intended for all levels, but with less guidance, more asana exploration & a greater sense of complete practice. This is where intermediate practitioners have a chance for physical & spiritual growth. 

T A I   C H I

It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. This particular class will be for those interested in learning the arts more than taking a class since it will not be in a public exercise class fashion, it will rather be focused on each individual according to their level of body awareness and mental capacity. You will learn individual exercises that need to be practiced on your own, so if you feel comfortable or you want to learn how to become comfortable in a room full of people practicing differently at their own pace then this is class and path is also for you.
